WHAT'S INVOLVED?
A guided breathwork meditation focused on a specific theme designed to help you clear out the past and grow from a place of compassion and abundance.​
​
You will want to arrive hydrated and with layers of clothing. As you release toxins from your body, your body temperature is likely to shift. Make yourself comfortable - bring a pillow, blanket, bolster - anything to aid your body in feeling physically comfortable so you can get the most out of this transformational experience.

You will focus on stimulating your Parasympathetic Nervous System (rest and digest) and Vagus Nerve which will allow you to:

Resentment is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to get sick.

I used to carry a lot of pain and resentment toward other people.
I was angry at them.
I was angry at myself.
I was angry at life.
The more I held on to these feelings, the more I made myself sick.
I had a distinct lack of self-love, which meant life seemed like a struggle - and that made me feel more resentment.
I had to break the cycle. To free myself from my suffering.
I had to learn to forgive. When I combined the power of forgiveness with Transformational Breathwork a whole new world opened up for me.
I could breathe properly.
My heart opened.
My mind cleared.
My connection to self-love was able to deepen and take root in my nervous system.
