STUDIO POLICIES
COVID-19 POLICY
For those choosing to practice in-studio, measures are in place to keep you safe. Please read these new protocols and updated policies before you attend studio classes. I understand everyone has a different level of comfort with the re-opening of businesses in the province. I hope you choose to practice with me in person again. For those of you who are unsure or anxious, there is an option is to attend “live online” classes via Private Facebook Rooms. I want you to be comfortable and have a positive experience when you do choose to come back to the studio..

People allowed in each class is limited to a max of 10 to meet AHS physical distancing requirements.

Windows will be open to facilitate air flow; fans have been temporarily suspended.

No hands-on assists will be performed at this time.

Props are not provided by studio. You are responsible to bring your mat and any props you need to best support your practice, which can be ordered through Rhoni.

To reduce possibility of transmission, the use of washrooms is discouraged; but there is a designated bathroom stall located in the women's washroom available for use. If used, disinfect all surfaces (toilet, sink/taps, etc.) with a disinfectant wipe located on the backside of the sink.

Bottled water may be purchased for $1.00.

All classes must be preregistered for, no walk-ins allowed. If you are dropping in to a registered Series class, subject to availability, preregistration announcing your intention to attend must be done by emailing Rhoni. You will receive confirmation that you have been added to the class roster.

Studio opens 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time and closes 15 minutes after scheduled class end time. If you arrive early, line up outside the studio and maintain social distancing (2 meters).
WHEN ENTERING STUDIO BUILDING & STUDIO SPACE
HALLWAY: Maintain Vipasana (silence; whisper). Be mindful of entrance and potential bottlenecks.
SANITIZER: Apply hand sanitizer (located outside studio entrance and on the windowsill in the Retail Room).
TAPED LINES: Pay attention to taped outlines on floor and align the top edge of your mat with the tape.
CLOSET: Bring only what you need. Place personal items (coat, purse, keys, etc.) on shelf in blue bin.
VIPASANA: Maintain silence or quiet conversations before class begins.
YOGA PROPS
Required: Yoga Mat
Recommended: Strap, Blocks (2), Sand Bag, Eye Pillow, Blanket
BARRE PROPS
Required: Grip Socks, Yoga Mat
Recommended: Ball (medium sized), Resistance Band(s)
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
DO NOT reserve a space if you are unable to attend. If you sign up and do not attend, you will be charged for the class.
CLASS PASS CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have a 5 or 10 Class Pass, your class will be deducted as if you had attended class. To avoid this charge, ensure to cancel outside of 4 HOUR cancellation window.
UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
All late cancels or no shows will be charged to your account at the drop-in rate on the same day of the class.
PRIVATE / SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a private or semi-private Barre and / or Yoga session by emailing Rhoni at rhonistraub@gmail.com. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice results in the loss of session / funds. For semi-private classes, if one person does not attend she/he will be charged for the missed appointment, OR the attending client can choose to pay for a private instead of a semi-private. WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations inside of 24 hours are not refundable.
Workshop cancellations outside 24 hours, but within 2 weeks before the scheduled start date, will result in a loss of 50% of your investment, with the remainder credited to your account for future use.
All cancellations made prior to 2 weeks are subject to a 20% administration fee with 80% refunded to you on your original method of payment.
TEACHER TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY
Teacher trainings and courses are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used toward other services.
If you must cancel due to following reasons, contact Rhoni:
- You have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days.
- You have had close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19.
- You have experienced any of the following symptoms: fever, sore throat, runny nose, or difficulty breathing (that’s not related to a pre-existing condition, ie asthma).
- You’ve been legally required to self-isolate in the past 14 days.
EXPIRATION POLICY
All single session drop-in classes, 5-class packages, and 10-class packages expire 6 months from purchase date.
Workshops & Events are valid only for the date purchased.
Registered Series classes are valid for the duration of the series, no make-ups available.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do NOT offer refunds on any drop-ins, class packages, unlimited memberships, workshops, registered classes, or merchandise.
TRANSFERS
All class passes, unlimited memberships, registered classes, trainings, and workshops are non-transferable.
All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.
