Private counselling sessions (not life coaching) provide you with an opportunity to explore and process your emotions and resolve past and present traumas in a safe environment.
You will learn how to label your emotions which increases your emotional intelligence and awareness.
Your current mental state will improve once you are able to label your emotions, fostering a deeper understanding of how to process your feelings and resolve past and current painful experiences, which will help you to create space and grace for self-compassion so that you can heal and thrive.
