Solution-Focused Counselling

Private counselling sessions (not life coaching) provide you with an opportunity to explore and process your emotions and resolve past and present traumas in a safe environment.


You will learn how to label your emotions which increases your emotional intelligence and awareness.⁠


Your current mental state will improve once you are able to label your emotions, fostering a deeper understanding of how to process your feelings and resolve past and current painful experiences, which will help you to create space and grace for self-compassion so that you can heal and thrive.​
