Our verbally guided explorations will help you stay in your own experience. But if you feel lost – you can easily sneak a peek at what our “seasoned” students are demonstrating.


Remember:

You are a unique person with a unique history and unique hopes.


Our goal will be to meet you where you are and not for you to try and do something that “everyone else” is doing.


You will be coached to explore in your own place and time.


We have lessons for people in pain or injuries that don’t resolve – just hang on!


We have lessons for the adventurous. We have lessons for everyone: from beginners in Awareness Through Movement all the way to the most experienced.


And don’t worry about the positions either! The beginner’s group will offer many options wherever possible.
