Multi Barre

The objective of each Multi Barre class is to provide students with a fun, encouraging, and upbeat learning environment. The teacher does not practice the movements with you, as their attention is on your alignment so you can keep your practice safe and receive the best possible results. The goal of your Multi Barre class is to sweat, and get your muscles burning and shaking ... while you smile and have a little fun along the way! These classes produce immediate results in a safe and effective way combining methodologies from Ballet, Lagree, and Pilates, to offer slow-twitch muscle fibre strength-training and cardio from time under tension.
