The objective of each Barre class is to provide you with a fun, encouraging, and upbeat learning environment. The teacher does not practice the movements with you, as their attention is on your alignment so you can keep your practice safe while receiving the best possible results.


The goal of your Barre class is to sweat, and get your muscles burning and shaking ... while you smile and have a little fun along the way! These classes use time and tension produce immediate results safely and effectively, combining methodologies from Ballet, Lagree, and Pilates, to activate your slow-twitch muscle fibres in a balanced strength-training and cardio workout.
