Closely monitor communications, sales, messages, any sort of buying and selling, any kind of purchases being made. You’ll want to hang onto all email confirmations, all receipts and anything that records how a deal is unfolding between you and another party. Because if anything goes off the rails during this time (and it’s more likely to do so) then you want to have the evidence.
This gives you an opportunity to do right, do better, than what you were doing before. It’s definitely one of the cosmic blessings in this regularly (3-4 times per year) occurring phenomenon!
