🌑 It’s the last new moon of 2023.


🍂❄️ It's also a SEASONAL CHANGE ... AUTUMN into WINTER.


🍂 Tomorrow the AUTUMN season ends & we shift into ❄️ the WINTER season. We've completed a full revolution of the sun's ☀️ cycle … one chapter is ending & a new one is beginning.


✨ This time of year has a sense of magic about it. There’s a special stillness and a sense of hope brewing as we prepare for the new cycle to begin.


😴 Our spirits also tend to be tired … feel worn down from a difficult year of living, and all the experiences living brings.


😴 A TIME OF DEEP REST

We are entering a time of deep rest, a time of dreaming up all the new things to come in your life.


❄️ WINTER SEASON 🥶

Winter is meant to be a deeply nourishing time in your life ... to nurture & restore you, ground you, and calm your nervous-system (feels worn out from a long, hard year of life’s growth & challenges).


Your spirit is tired ... you've worked hard over the past year, and you've stretched & grown in so many ways because of it.


Simply living on Earth through the past year you’ve grown .... it’s okay to feel tired.


Your most important work in the weeks ahead is to REST.


💭 😴 You need to REST & be RESTORED, and you also need rest to DREAM.


💭 💡Right now you are dreaming up the dreams of everything that will grow in your life in the year ahead … new plans ... new ideas ... new ways of being that will blossom, grow and become bountiful harvests in the year ahead.


💭 The dreams of everything to come in the next year (2024) are being sparked in your winter's rest.
